Medium whelping Box (30"x30")- £20 per week
Small Whelping Box (24”x24”)- £15 per week
The whelping box hire comes with-
- Whelping box with puppy rails
- Heat pad with spare cover
- 2x puppy weaning bowls
- Vet bedding
This whelping box is a one piece moulded box which is guaranteed not to leak, It is easy to wipe down and keep clean.
Rent a week or 2 before due date to ensure mum settles in the space then bring it back when the puppies start to climb out at around 4 weeks old.
The Small box (24”x24”) is suitable for tiny-small breeds such as chihuahua, Pomeranian etc
The Medium box (30”x30”) is suitable for small-medium breeds such as cocker spaniels, french bulldogs ect.

We can measure the puppies gestation a few ways in ultrasound Scanning.
The four main Indicators used for Gestational Age are:
Gestational Sac (GS):
This is the measurement of the full gestational sac and is most accurate during the early stages of pregnancy (26-35 days)
Crown-Rump Length (CRL):
This measures the size of a developing fetus from the top of its head (crown) to the base of its buttocks (rump). Although this becomes difficult to measure as the fetus grows too large for the screen.
